Hive OS and mmpOS

The third package carries both integrations. On HiveOS pick Custom as the miner, give this package as the installation URL, set the hash algorithm you want (quantus, for example) and keep the wallet template as %WAL%.%WORKER_NAME%. On mmpOS pick a custom miner, give the same URL, and start it through ./mmp-launch.sh. Both packages report GPU statistics by themselves, so leave --api-port and --log-file out of the extra arguments.
