Hive OS and mmpOS

The third package is upstream's own integration build, re-hosted unmodified: h-run.sh, h-stats.sh and a manifest for HiveOS, mmp-stats.sh for mmpOS. On HiveOS pick Custom as the miner and give this package as the installation URL; the manifest names it onezerominer and sets its own API port, so you only fill in the pool and the wallet. On mmpOS add it as a custom miner — its stats script reads the miner's API on port 3001, so leave that port in the launch line.
