How to understand the messages in the lolMiner window? Share statistics, mining status, and working parameters.
What can you see in the miner window?
Miner name, version, list of supported algorithms, developer, date of last update.
The process of launching the miner: - Detection of drivers OpenCL (AMD, Intel) - Number of graphics cards to work with OpenCL. - Detection of CUDA (Nvidia) drivers - Number of graphics card to work with CUDA - Graphics cards detected for mining, their serial number in the miner (please note that lolMiner counts from 0), graphics card model, bus address in the system, graphics card manufacturer, driver type (CUDA in this case because the graphics card is Nvidia), graphics card memory amount, whether the graphics card is involved in mining and what algorithm.
Information about the pool to which we are connected. Pool address, pool port, connection type (TCP or TSL(SSL))
Information about the wallet and the worker.
ID of the received work from the pool, the algorithm and its current epoch, the complexity of the share on the pool (defined by the pool).
The miner reports the start of mining.
The miner reports that it has prepared a cache for the DAG file. Maximum epoch 550 and current algorithm epoch ETCHash:275, time it took to create the cache in milliseconds, DAG file size in megabytes.
Start of DAG file writing process to graphics card memory.
Message about the successful creation of the DAG file in the graphics card memory and the time for which the file was generated. If at the DAG verification stage you get the status not passed but Error — check your overclocking settings or your graphics card. The DAG file was written with an error.
Average hashrate of the graphics card, updated every 15 seconds.
A brief summary of statistics for the current time and uptime.
Miner's version, versions of graphics card drivers, and address of the open port for WEB monitoring.
The algorithm that is being mined.
The pool on which the mining runs, its address, port, and access time delay — latency in milliseconds.
Summary of the state of mining on the graphics card: - Name — serial number of the graphics card and its model; - Speed — average hash rate for the entire mining period; - Pool — the average hash rate at the pool. It may slightly lag behind the actual hash rate. The longer you mine and the fewer rejected shares — the closer the indicator will be to the actual one. Pool does not include rejected shares in hashrate statistics. - Shares — statistics of shares processed by the graphics card, where A is successfully accepted shares, S is (Stale) late rejected shares. It is impossible to get rid of them completely, but it is considered that Hw — (Hardware rejected) damaged, incorrect shares — such shares appear in case of overclocking, graphics card error, or memory failure. Graphics card counts wrong (2+2=5) - Best share — the miner reports the recommended maximum complexity of the share, which the graphics card can process. - Eff Mh/s/W — mining efficiency. The higher it is, the more efficient the card is mining. Calculated by the formula:megahash*1000\\watts=efficiency. - Power W — power consumption of the graphics card in watts. - CCLK MHz — Core frequency in megahertz. - MCLK MHz — memory frequency in megahertz. - Core Temp — The core temperature in degrees Celsius. - Junc Temp — Card chip silicon temperature, degrees Celsius. - Fan pct — Fan speed in percents. err — error if the driver does not transmit fan speed data.
General status summary for all graphics cards that participate in mining.
